Chay is a premium tea brand that commissioned a modern online shop to reflect its refined identity and appeal to a discerning audience. The design combines elegance with intuitive navigation to showcase high quality tea products in a seamless digital environment. Every visual element enhances the experience of discovering and purchasing premium blends.
Objective:
The aim was to create a modern e commerce website that combines brand storytelling with sales functionality and fosters user trust. It was essential to highlight the artisanal quality of the tea collection and make product discovery effortless. The goal was also to support conversion by guiding users toward adding items to the cart and completing checkout smoothly.
Challenges:
One challenge was balancing a minimalist aesthetic with engaging visuals that communicate the quality and variety of tea. Another challenge was ensuring consistency between the brand’s offline packaging and the digital presentation. Additionally optimizing product pages for both desktop and mobile formats while keeping load times fast required careful planning.
Design Process:
The project began with mood boarding to define the brand’s visual direction and tone. Wireframes were then created to structure key pages including homepage, category listings, and product details. A refined visual language emerged with clean layouts large imagery and subtle animation cues.
