Project Overview:
The fashion e commerce website "AUREA" combines modern web design principles with a minimalist, editorially inspired look. The goal was to create a digital boutique experience that stands out from traditional online stores through generous layouts, strong typography and a clearly structured visual brand identity.
The desktop and mobile versions follow a modular Bento grid system with a responsive focus. Image language, storytelling and an intuitive purchasing process are at the core, perfect for a fashion conscious target audience in the premium fashion sector.
Objective:
The goal was to create a fashion experience that emotionalizes online shopping while remaining functional. AUREA aims to present itself as a strong, visually sophisticated brand, where every UI element emphasizes the premium nature – from the "Shop Now" call to action to the typographic hero section.
Challenges:
Editorial design meets e commerce: The balance between visual storytelling and conversion-driven structure.

Design Process:
The design started with mood boards from fashion magazines, UI inspirations, and responsive grids. This was followed by sketches and wireframes that visualized a card-based layout combined with large images and modern flat design. In Figma, the layout was built modularly and gradually adapted to breakpoints for mobile and tablet.
The focus was on white space, clear content areas, micro-typographic precision, and a well-thought-out UX flow – from the landing teaser to the checkout CTA.
Outcome:
The result is an e commerce platform that brings fashion, functionality and design to the same level. Users experience an intuitive and visually high quality purchasing process, emotionally charged, clearly structured and in line with the brand. The AUREA website is more than just an online store, it is a digital boutique with strong brand recognition.
